Tokens are the unit of AI processing. Every conversation, voice response and automated task consumes tokens from your shared pool. A typical customer support conversation uses 500–1,500 tokens. Your plan’s token pool is shared across all your active AI Employees. You can monitor usage in real time from your dashboard and purchase top-ups without upgrading your plan.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time — the difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal. AI Employees can be added instantly and removed with one billing cycle’s notice. There are no long-term contracts on monthly billing.
