No. At the moment, AIXL AI Chatbot can only be embedded in Shopify stores. We will be bringing out AIXL AI Chatbot for other e-commerce platforms and websites very soon.
"Handled Chat" refers to any live chat, that answers customers' inquiries, chatbot accesses the data source, contents in your knowledge base, and or FAQ. Unanswered chats initiated by visitors/customers are not counted, ensuring you're billed only for relevant interactions.
